If you would like to apply at the TLC Academy, download the Application form, complete it and drop it off at the school premises or email it to the school. Please ensure that all information has been completed and that all the relevant documentation have been added.

How To Apply to TLC Academy

1. Download PDF

Click on the Application form PDF and download the Application form. Ensure you download all the pages in the PDF.

2. Fill out the Form

Fill out the application form in either black or blue ink. Do not alternate between colours.

3. Review your application

Check and re-check the application form to ensure you have filled all the sections out completely.

4. Gather necessary documents

Follow the checklist on top of the Student Application form for all documents to be submitted.

5. Interviewing Process

Prospective leaders and their parents will be subjected to an interview as well as a learner based assessment. This leads to a provisional acceptance.

Final Decision

Final acceptance depends on academic qualifications, availability, and parental discretion. The child will be officially accepted into TLC Academy once the registration fee, first month’s fee, and textbook levy are paid.
